“I started working with Jay shortly after Tidal opened. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did I want to get in better shape, I also wanted to work on my balance. I had broken my ankle by slipping on ice the year before I started working with Jay. It was the first time I had ever broken a bone and knew that I did not ever want to deal with something like that again. I am happy to say that since I’ve been working with Jay, I have not broken another bone nor have I fallen and hurt myself badly again. My balance has improved tremendously. In addition, my body is so much more toned than it used to be. I am also happy to say that sometimes I notice places where I didn’t know I had muscles. My friends also make positive comments, especially when they haven’t seen me for a while.
The studio is very convenient to where I live, the equipment is high end and well maintained, and I never have to wait to use a cardio machine of my choice. “Weight training with TEPC is strengthening from the inside out – complete and through balance. I have been a runner for 30 years and practiced yoga for 15, but it was only when I started training with J that everything came together. Each session J cycles through different muscle groups. The sessions are challenging to just the right degree so that my strength has grown steadily over each session. I was so impressed with how well TEPC understands the mechanics of how the body works, that I had both of my sons train with J in High School– for football and track. Overall the training has improved how I can function on a daily basis - in athletics and day to day life.”
